FEES—EQUIPMENT—REGISTRATION

Each player’s fee will cover her team jersey, the officials’ clinic, membership to USA North Country Region Volleyball, tournament registration fees, and coaching fees.  Each player must provide her own kneepads, volleyball shoes, sports bra, socks, and black spandex shorts.

Player Fees: Player fees are reduced $25 if a family has more than one player.

Developmental Teams

·        12’s: $430

·        14’s: $430

Competative Teams

·        16’s: $460

·        17’s/18’s: $460

            Registration and Fee Payment

·        All registration forms can be printed from the northfieldvolleyballclub.org website

o       Please be sure to fill out and sign ALL of the following forms:

§         2010 Membership Form

§         2009 - 10 Medical Release Form

·        All registrations and fees are due on or before Wednesday, November 11^th. .  There will be a $25 surcharge payable at the tryout date for all registrations received after that date.  Please mail the registrations forms to:

·        Make checks payable to Northfield Volleyball Club.

·        Athletes who were not on a NVC team last season need to include a birth certificate photocopy with the registration materials.
